Ok, So I enjoy taking photos of waves & water. Its hard not to be entranced by it and the never ending display of power and energy. -

How the chemical and biological processes – born out of our planets proximity to the sun and climate – are thus affected by this change in season.
And how this change in temperature and light mean that this whole machine that collects sunlight and creates energy literally breaks down; the chemical composition changes and the leaves turn. This process, one born out of the evolution of the planet and its climatic cycles, has the side affect of creating such beauty to be perceived by us. For us. -

Love the oxide colours in the water against the shape and contrast of the rocks.
The ‘Horseshoe’ section of the waterfalls along the river. -

The beautiful valleys of Neath and the namesake river. -

Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples is such an incredible fascinating place. The remains of what an empire, putting all its resources into the creation of these sites, managed to achieve. Its a testament to their ingenuity and its amazing it is still in the condition it is today. Its hard to do it justice – through these hastily taken photos, the tourists (although it wasn’t too bad for us when we were there), the heat and the short amount of time most people have to see these in. Temple fatigue really is a thing. Still, an extremely memorable place.

Not many photos from Saigon itself, alas we did not get to spend that long in what seemed like a fantastic city. Heres a couple anyway plus the day trip to the Mekong Delta.

I love Hanoi. A beautiful, chaotic swirl of colours, sounds, motion and texture, not to mention wonderful people. I hope these photos somehow portray life and the onslaught the senses were subjected to whilst walking around.
