The Eden Project Rainforest Biome at night.
An almost surreal world – as if on another planet or space station. At night, it is almost as if stars are seen beyond, outside the dome.

How the chemical and biological processes – born out of our planets proximity to the sun and climate – are thus affected by this change in season.
And how this change in temperature and light mean that this whole machine that collects sunlight and creates energy literally breaks down; the chemical composition changes and the leaves turn. This process, one born out of the evolution of the planet and its climatic cycles, has the side affect of creating such beauty to be perceived by us. For us.
