Once standing tall, quiet and content.

The sunlight, for a fleeting few seconds, pierces the canopy. Photons, through unimaginable movements, mechanics and untold possibilities strike the ground. The tree, a great absorber, casts his shadow, a slim line, upon the otherwise bright undergrowth.
